AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity , to enter into one or more contracts with Center for Arts-Inspired Learning for the purpose of providing music lessons to youths in grades 3-12, under the City’s Out of School Time Program, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
