AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into one or more contracts with one or more insurance carriers to procure various types of comprehensive insurance coverage needed to maintain continuous coverage for municipal operations, including policy renewals, adjustments, and other related services, for a period of three years, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
