AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 133.07, Special Event Permits, of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio 1976, as enacted by Ordinance No. 521-2024, passed July 10, 2024, and Section 411.011, Street and Sidewalk Obstruction Permits, as enacted by Ordinance No. 1141-2023, passed February 3, 2025, to exempt permit applicants for block parties and small neighborhood-based community events from obtaining an additional street obstruction permit.
