AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase and/or rental by one or more requirement contracts of heavy-duty equipment, snow removal equipment, large capacity trucks, other equipment with operators, and any necessary labor, materials, or equipment needed for snow and ice removal and/or maintenance, for the various divisions of the Department of Port Control, for a period of one year, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
