AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Urging the Mayor and the Administration to convene a coordinated Downtown and citywide food access and grocery stability meeting; calling for the development of a Cleveland Grocery Access and Neighborhood Market Initiative; and expressing Council’s support for a comprehensive strategy to attract, retain, stabilize, and hold accountable full-service grocery operators serving Cleveland neighborhoods.
