AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to pay monthly fees to ABM Industry Groups, LLC dba ABM Parking Services for the use of up to forty parking spaces in its garage attached to 205 St. Clair Avenue for City employees of various departments and Council, for a term of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
