AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Court, to apply for and accept a grant from the Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County to expand access to evidence-based supervision and treatment services for defendants of the four Specialized Dockets; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies, entities, or individuals to implement the grant.
