AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more contracts with the Cleveland Water Alliance for professional services necessary to provide state-of-the-art water quality detection equipment and to deploy, maintain, and retrieve data from four buoys in Lake Erie, for the Division of Water, Department of Public Utilities, for a period up to four years.
