AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Court, to apply for and accept a grant from the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services through the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County for the Court’s 2024-25 Specialized Dockets program; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies, entities, or individuals to implement the grant purposes.
