AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to employ one or more real estate appraisers or one or more firms of real estate appraisers to provide professional services necessary to appraise real, personal, and other interests in real property, on an as-needed basis, for a period of two years, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
