AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Executive Director of the Community Police Commission to enter into one or more contracts with the United Black Fund of Greater Cleveland for grant management services, for a period of one year with one option to renew for an additional year, exercisable by the Executive Director of the Community Police Commission.
