AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of labor and materials necessary to test, maintain, and repair back-up electrical gear, diesel drives for pumps, petroleum-based fuel equipment and computer back-up systems, for the various divisions of the Department of Public Utilities, for a term of two years.
