AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to employ one or more professional consultants, computer software developers, or vendors to acquire licenses or develop and implement one or more risk management software systems and provide services to install, design, train, implement, test, maintain, support and other related services, for a term of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
