AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of disposal of debris at landfills, transfer stations, or recycle/reclaim facility sites, for the Divisions of Water, Cleveland Public Power, and Water Pollution Control, Department of Public Utilities, for a term of two years, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Utilities.
