AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more leases by way of concession with one or more entities for the operation of a valet parking service at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, for the Department of Port Control, for a period of two years, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
