AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To establish the Office of Sustainability and Climate Justice; to supplement the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio 1976, by enacting new Section 123.11 relating to the Office of Sustainability and Climate Justice; and to amend Section 121.01 as amended by Ordinance No. 109-11, passed April 4, 2011, relating to offices considered departments.
