AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to employ one or more professional consultants or vendors for the purpose of providing emergency medical billing services, coding, reimbursement and compliance services for the Division of Assessments and Licenses, Department of Finance, for a period of three years, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
