AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to employ one or more professional consultants to analyze and recommend safety improvements to process hazards and to provide services to address potential process hazards encountered during maintenance activities, for a period or periods not to exceed a total of two years; and for additional monitoring, maintenance, and support for a period or periods not to exceed a total of four years.
