AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement with the law firm of Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter Co., L.P.A. for state lobbying services for the City of Cleveland, for a period of one year, with one option to renew for an additional year, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
