AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Human Resources to employ one or more professional consultants, software developers or vendors to develop, implement and/or acquire software solutions or licenses necessary to develop and implement a Lifestyle Spending Account Program, for the Department of Human Resources, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Human Resources.
