AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to apply for and accept a grant from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the FY 2025 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant: Local Solicitation; and authorizing one or more contracts with Cuyahoga County and the cities of Euclid, Parma, Cleveland Heights, East Cleveland, Maple Heights and Garfield Heights needed to implement the grant.
