AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to apply for and participate in the Ohio Department of Medicaid Supplemental Payment Program pursuant to Section 5164.96 of the Revised Code and Rule 5160-15-30 of the Ohio Administrative Code, during the state budget biennium beginning on July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2027; and to amend Contract No. CT-1503-PS2024*0386 with Quick Med Claims, LLC to provide the professional services necessary to support the City’s application and implement the City’s supplemental reimbursement program.
