AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Executive Director of the Community Police Commission or the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Community Police Commission, to enter into one or more grant agreements with various entities for purposes of facilitating community-based violence-prevention, restorative justice, and mediation programs for the Community Police Commission, for a period not to exceed two years.
