AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to apply for and accept a grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for the 2025 Recycle Ohio Grant; authorizing the Director to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies to implement the program; authorizing one or more contracts for the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies, and services for the program; and enter into an agreement with Keep America Beautiful to obtain certification in order to establish the Keep Cleveland Beautiful Chapter.
