AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of the Community Relations Board to enter into contract with the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division to conduct the 2025-2026 Pre-Arrest Support Services Program; and to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies, entities, or individuals to provide services necessary to implement this ordinance.
