AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more agreements with CHN Housing Partners to administer energy, water, and sewer conservation services to low-income homeowners, for the Divisions of Water, Water Pollution Control, and Cleveland Public Power, Department of Public Utilities, for a period or periods not to exceed one year, with one option to renew for a period or periods not to exceed one year, exercisable by the Director of Public Utilities.
