AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into one or more contracts with Mr. Scott Loomis for professional services necessary to develop a succession management plan, train employees and consult in such additional matters necessary to efficiently run and manage the City’s printing for the Division of Printing and Reproduction, Department of Finance, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
