AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into one or more written standard purchase contracts and requirement contracts for the necessary items of unarmed, uniformed security guard services, and the necessary items of materials, equipment, supplies and services needed for citywide electronic protection, shredding and document destruction, including installation, training, labor and materials, if necessary, for the various divisions of City government, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
