AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 531-2023, passed May 31, 2023, authorizing the Director of Capital Projects and/or Port Control, as appropriate, to enter into one or more contracts with the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority for the detailed design of the Early Implementation Phase of the Cleveland Harbor Eastern Embayment Resilience Strategy project; and authorizing the appropriate director to apply for and accept any gifts, grants or services from any public or private entity.
