AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to lease certain property located at 7818 Kinsman Road to Vanguards of Cleveland for the purpose to use as a Community Resource Center and a Minority Public Safety Museum, for a term of thirty years, with two, thirty-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Safety.
