AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of petroleum-based fuels for various types of backup generators, including regular and emergency deliveries, purchases, rentals, maintenance and miscellaneous supporting services, for the various divisions of the Department of Public Utilities, for a period of two years.
