AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to employ one or more professional consultants, computer software developers, or vendors or one or more firms of consultants, computer software developers, or vendors necessary to provide an airport runway incursion prevention and management system and related services, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
