AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of labor and materials needed to clean high voltage insulators, bushings, lightning arrestors, transformers, and associated equipment at various locations, for the Division of Cleveland Public Power, Department of Public Utilities, for a period or periods not to exceed a total of two years.
