AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of trees, and labor and materials needed for urban forestry services, including but not limited to, maintaining and planting trees, and removing trees, stumps, and tree waste material, for the Division of Park Maintenance and Properties, Department of Public Works and the Departments of Aging and Community Development, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
