AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of Public Safety to apply for and accept a grant from the United States Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, for the FY25 Port Security Grant Program; and authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts for safety equipment for use on the fire boat, supplies, and operation search and rescue training needed, for the Division of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
