AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity, to enter into one or more contracts with After-School All-Stars for the purpose of providing after-school youth enrichment activities under the City’s Out of School Time Program, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
