AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of Cleveland Municipal Court, to apply for and accept a grant from the Ohio Attorneys General’s Office to participate in the Ohio Law Enforcement Body Armor Program; authorizing the Director to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies or entities to implement the grant; and authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of body armor gear needed to implement the grant.
