AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Clerk of Courts, to apply for and accept a grant from State Justice Institute to conduct the Continuity of Operations Plan; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more contracts with the National Center for State Courts to establish and execute the Plan.
