AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of trees, and labor and materials needed for urban forestry services, including but not limited to, maintaining and planting trees, and removing trees, stumps, and tree waste material, for the Division of Urban Forestry, Department of Parks and Recreation and the Departments of Aging, Public Works, and Community Development, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
