AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To establish subfunds 65 SF 011 and 10 SF 114 for the deposit and remittance of New Community Authority parking charges at certain city-owned parking facilities and to transfer any such collected charges less any City adjustments into the appropriate new subfund.
