AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more standard and requirement contracts for the purchase, lease, or lease with option to purchase, of various on-road vehicles, apparatus, and off-road equipment, cabs, bodies and accessories, equipment, and other aftermarket items necessary to equip the vehicles authorized for their intended purposes, including vehicle rehabilitation, training, and inspections, as needed, for the Department of Public Works.
