AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of signal support poles and installation, if necessary, for the Division of Traffic Engineering, Department of Public Works, for a period not to exceed two years; and to repeal Ordinance No. 1446-2025, passed November 24, 2025, relating to a public improvement by requirement contract for the purchase, repair, and installation of signal support poles.
