AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to employ one or more professional consultants for wayfinding services, to assess, audit, and make recommendations to improve the ticketing lobby operations at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
