AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend the title of Ordinance No. 858-2025, passed July 9, 2025, relating to budget allocations received from HUD for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant, Home Investment Partnerships Act Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS grant; to supplement the ordinance by adding new Sections 3 to 10 relating to the grants; and to renumber existing Section 3 to new Section 11.
