AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to contract with one or more consultants or firms for consultants to provide professional services necessary to manage the nuisance abatement process that oversees the cutting and cleaning of vacant and occupied structures that are in violation of Building and Housing and/or Health code ordinances, for a period of up to two years.
