AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Urging the Department of Public Safety and Department of Law to conduct an individualized review of body-worn camera recordings responsive to Public Records Request P006373-040626; requesting the release of reasonably separable non-exempt portions of those recordings; requesting a written explanation of the legal basis for continued withholding; and supporting independent judicial review of disputed recordings where necessary to determine the proper application of Ohio public-records law.
