AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of fencing, gates, and guardrails, and labor and materials for the repair and maintenance of gates, fencing, guardrails, and other related items, including installation if necessary, for the various divisions of the Department of Port Control, for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
