AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County and the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory of the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office to provide law enforcement-related scientific testing services, for a period of one year, with one one-year option to renew exercisable by the Director of Public Safety.
