AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Strongly supporting the continuation and preservation of the Cleveland State University U-Pass program with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and encouraging Cleveland State University and the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority to work collaboratively to ensure students continue to have access to affordable and reliable public transportation.
