AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 103.002 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 474-13, passed March 26, 2013; to repeal Sections 103.01 to 103.17 of the Codified Ordinances as enacted or amended by various ordinances; and to supplement the Codified Ordinances by enacting new Sections 103.01 to 103.15, relating to boundaries and wards.
